美式經典甜派『胡桃派』,是感恩節或聖誕節等節慶桌上不可或缺的一道甜點。

胡桃派在台灣雖然不是主流甜點,但也擁有著一群小粉絲,對某些朋友而言,吃胡桃派不是為了口腹,是為了回味那段在國外求學生活的日子,那段隻身在海外雖有些孤單,不過能跟同學、朋友、長輩同桌吃飯慶祝節日的溫暖滋味。

主廚親自熬煮海鹽焦糖醬鋪底,再加入胡桃、燕麥與肉桂、黑糖均勻混合的內餡,進烤箱烘烤後,讓胡桃香氣完全釋放出來,也更加脆口,表層微焦的胡桃,咬下一口香氣圍繞口腔,焦糖平衡了核果餡的油脂感,卻不會搶走風采,是一個好綠葉。

主廚稍微改良加入了燕麥,讓香氣與口感增添層次,罪惡感也能少一點;我們也知道你不愛過甜的派,減糖配方但不失香氣風味,微濕潤的胡桃內餡搭配上層層香脆的派皮,讓你能一口接一口,不用老是配茶喝,是一道大人味十足的甜點。
